Intended use case?

Trying to understand where this would be used instead of a {{todo}} or similar or a html comment.

Wanted to put some note here Particle_System_Overview about article history beginning elsewhere with a quick link to it. But it's purely wiki related thing so nothing else really fits and it's not todo. Also noted there it was made by valve developer and such articles usually have good information --Nescius (talk) 10:19, 10 April 2025 (PDT)
