Don't agree with this template page categorizing under its language page. This means every translated article that uses this template will be categorized under "French". Ok, so what do we gain by doing that? Eventually the "French" category page will be an index of every article available. So much for organization! ... I suggest we remove the categorization, unless there's a better reason to keep it, of course.
