It looks like ETradeOfferState = 9 represents when a trade offer has been created due to email verification of a normal trade. BlueRaja (talk) 07:30, 3 April 2015 (UTC)

When developers receive AcceptTradeOffer (v1)? Developers should crutches in code. :(
