Goldsource, my version ran on the standard hl/cs/dod engine (pre steam when u could jsut switch mods), could you please explain why its listed as goldsource?

- Yeah pretty much. For whatever reason, the term "Goldsource" has been adopted here posthumously to refer to the HL1 engine. In the case of Redemption, as you can see on this page, there are HL1 and HL2 mods with the same name, so there needs to be some way of disambiguating the pages for each of these. Appending
(Goldsource)to the page title was the solution that was used, but of course, as a Wiki, you're welcome to suggest an improvement. Giles 10:03, 21 Apr 2006 (PDT)
