Not needed also.--Gear 14:37, 27 Jun 2008 (PDT)

I dont see why it should be deleted, it is a mod template. The Source SDK, only creates a mod folder for half life 2, and half life 2 deathmatch. - There is no Portal mod maker, so this template i made, does work, and is perfect for someone who wants to make a mod, but doesn't know how to make a mod folder manually. So id like to request it is not deleted, as it does provide value. - --Dan.S

Actually it creates folders for either Half Life 2 or any Orange box game now due to the new SDK, aside that like I said all you need to do is make a simple change to the gameinfo/txt, I disapprove this because I believe people should learn the best way to make a mod, which is the better way, and teaches people more than simply grabbing an already built mod.--Gear 21:07, 27 Jun 2008 (PDT)

But i dont think it should neccasarily be deleted, just because someone else favor's there own way to making it. There has been a number of downloads of it already, clearly people find use in it. Having a mod folder ready for them, lets them concentrate on their mod itself. You may not have interest in it, but it still shouldn't be deleted, because it is being used by people. --Dan.S 05:14, 28 Jun 2008 (GMT)

I agree with Dan. It is a small zip file and you only need to edit a small amount.--Frostyfrog 16:04, 28 Jun 2008 (PDT)

Inaccurate information

This simply doesn't work. I've tried, oh, believe me, I've tried. I don't know why. But it doesn't work.

(This doesn't work anyway, but you're meant to add portal to the gamedirs line as well.) --Anotheruser67 00:27, 3 March 2013 (PST)
