It's called "off topic" and it's hardly needed, as off-topic articles are either deleted or tagged with the Cleanup tag. That this guideline and its template isn't being used at all, speaks for itself. Sorry, but I'm flagging this for deletion. --MossyBucket (formerly Andreasen) 03:30, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
