I improved the algorithm of the code a bit, adding most of the common Unicode characters.

Warning:If you use the Arabic, Greek, Hebrew, Russian or Thai versions of Microsoft Windows™ to view a file that uses Latin script and includes accented characters, then the accented characters may be replaced or omitted.

For example:

US Windows™ || Russian Windows™ || Thai Windows™
