I began to create a french translation of "Visibility Optimization" page in a bad manner. The problem is that the french flag didn't appears on the original english page. As a result i created a new page by clicking on the "T" button and now it's ok for this page : https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Fr/VIS_optimization

So we can remove this current page.
