Step 2 "Interactivity" page pirections are flawed?

The page linked to under "Step 2: Interactivity (Interactive_Ingame_VGUI_Panels) has some inconsistencies with actual Source SDK 2013 code which I have outlined in the discussion page of Interactive_Ingame_VGUI_Panels.

Should the "fix" still be linked to?
