Output filename

Idk where to put this, but use $Macro OUTBINNAME (as seen in vrad_launcher.vpc) to change the output filename (sans extension) of the thing to compile. I needed to do that for a custom BSP compiler, to prevent conflicts with vanilla VBSP.
