Csham seems to have access; I recommend following that user's edits. Might even work at Valve, considering they edited the main page before it was unlocked.
Scripting or Pulse?

I was thinking sice CS:2 will use Pulse should we replace the scripting section with a Pulse section?

Scripting is still technically in CS2 right now, the API just doesnt seem to be that complete and most likely a lot of it is not going to stay for the full release. Pulse is PROBABLY the replacement but I'd say for now it's probably just a "wait and see" kinda thing.
