NVIDIA 是一家顶级计算机图形企业，创立于 1993 年。在 1999 年首次在 PC 平台引入了 GPU，并且首次在 GeForce 3 GPU 上引入可编程顶点着色器，在 2018 年面向民用市场推出了第一代硬件光线追踪加速架构“Turing RTX”。

目前该公司重心已从游戏图形转移至 GPU 加速计算 AI，云与数据中心。
