- CS:GO has different game modes, each game mode use different Valve's configure files, ...cfg/gamemode_*.cfg
- And these Valve's configure files override cvar settings you maybe have added in server.cfg
- To override Valve's game mode configurations -> you need create override config file, ...cfg/gamemode_*_server.cfg
