URL's Redirect To Incorrect Location (In Beta Participation Window)

Fairly minor, but I think the links should direct to their correct location.

• Observed: File >> Settings >> Click "Report A Bug" >> Direct to "http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Main_Page"

Steam Crash

• Expected: Open Steam Splash Window .. Store tab ... See Images of items for sale
• Observed: Splash Window Opens... frames are in place ... NO Images ( clearing cache still gets same result )

Error when opting out of the beta program

• Expected: Steam to restart
• Observed: Steam shutting down, then displaying a message: "Steam.exe (main exception): Win32 StructuredException at 00000000 : Attempt to write to virtual address 0 without appropriate access rights"

Logged on as administrator, with all access rights to the steam folder (uncompressed/unencrypted)
