Regarding your changes to the Compiling under VS2005 article, I have been using VS2005 fine without the added step you put in. Are you sure it isn't just you who has had this issue? --Daedalus 21:41, 1 May 2007 (PDT)

Unless the custom build step simply was somehow set incorrectly, I don't see how it's possible that it would work straight out of the box. It might only happen with the Game_Scratch solution.

If you changed your linker address to point directly at the correct dll location, then this wouldn't happen. As is, though, the solution appears to dump it directly into "sdksample/bin".
