Usage
Like Template:Main other, this template can be used to add text or especially categories depending on the page that it is displayed on. This template is commonly used for example to ensure that a category inside a template is only included in the main namespace and not on the template page or vice versa. For testing, the current namespace can be overridden using {{{demospace}}}. The second parameter is optional.
Example:The template call
{{Main other|one|two}}
expands to one
on pages in the main namespace and it expands to two
on all other pages (Template:
, Category:
, etc.).The above documentation is transcluded from Template:Main other/doc. (Edit | Page history)
