Uh... what does this entity do? Seems to be pretty messed up in Alien Swarm. -IBeMad 15:13, 23 August 2011 (PDT)

The same thing Env_global_light does but with worse default settings. And the fourth value(brightness) in "color" needs to be higher than default for it to show up at all. I've tested both of them with identical settings and can't see any difference. Go here for some pictures and information on Env_global_light: [1]

At least one time it was used in Alien Swarm was for lightning. (All tests done in Alien Swarm, though someone else has used it in Portal 2 with success)Gary 21:03, 12 February 2012 (PST)
