Episode Two Change?

Is it just me or is the "OnEndTouch" commands work differently? I have a trigger setup with four "OnStartTouch" commands, and three "OnEndTouch" commands, but the onendtouch commands are behaving like "OnTrigger"(meaning they fire shortly after the onstarttouch fires). I noticed this change after the EP2 update, here's the setup I had which worked perfectly in the EP1 SDK:
