Add Adam7 interlacing

Currently, the image loads from top to bottom because there's no interlacing, meaning the image is seen half loaded when the page first loads. Replacing the image with File:Adam7 interlace test.png (an identical image, interlaced with imagemagick) will display the same image, but interlaced so that the image immediately renders in very low quality, then gets higher quality. The effect should be pretty apparent when viewing the file with throttling. ―Pee (talk) 18:32, 3 January 2025 (PST)
