Запуск без фоновой 3D карты

Добавьте -console в ярлык запуска игры и фоновая 3D карта не загрузится.

Вы так же можете добавить это к "Additional game parameters" в Hammer'е в диалоге Run Map.

И последнее место, куда в можете это добавить - окно запуск игр в Steam'е: Правый клик на игре, и выберите Properties. Затем кликните на кнопку Launch Options и добавьте -console в текстовое поле.
