Other TF2 mods

So there are numerous other TF2 Source mods that haven't been documented on here yet, including but not limited to:

  • Team Deathmatch Classic (created 2018)
  • TF2 Vintage (created 2017)
  • Lambda Fortress (not too sure, plus there's like 2 or 3 versions by 2 or 3 teams of this now)
  • Fortress Obscura (not too sure, but likely 2023 as per the date of creation of the twitter @FortressObscura)
  • Sine Fortress (possibly 2022 as per the @SineFortress_ twitter)

While adding TF2Classic, Open Fortress and Pre-Fortress 2 to this, I noticed that OF and PF2 don't have a release date listed on their pages. Thanks to a 2016-2020 TF2 mod development timeline I found on Kiwifarms of all places, which I have also been updating and adding info from as far back as when I first created TF2Classic in November 2014, I can say that OF and PF2 were both released at some point in 2019. The timeline has an entry in 2019 mentioning that Open Fortress released in 2019. Pre-Fortress 2 came after Open Fortress, so I'm basing my estimate of PF2's release date on the date of creation of their Twitter page. TF2CutContent (talk) 21:17, 20 November 2023 (PST)
