Headcrab particle effect

when the headcrab's idling, it will show a particle effect

Look at the the headcrab on the right, it has particle effect out of nowhere.
and i didn't edit the headcrab code.
how to fix this issue?

-the game does that intentionally when something got messed up with npcs probably a relationship or scripted sequence not set up right
