There is no need for a disambiguation page. That kind of page only applies when two (or more) articles share the same title. To solve your problem I reverted your edit (to the page that you wanted to transform into a disambiguation page), and I changed the link at Team_Fortress_2_Level_Creation, so it links directly to your article.
