When attempting to open Source SDK for the first time I recieve this error.

MountFileSystem( 221 ) failed: SteamMountFileSystem(1096,221,0x13a2fbfc=,0x13a2fd0c) failed with error 106: Failed to resize the cache file

I have previously ran DoD, Counterstrike Source, and HL2 Deathmatch. I own the Counterstrike Source + HL2-DM, and DoD package.
