Introduction

A train hurdles towards City 17, with Gordon Freeman onboard. as he steps out, Dr. Breen is on a Giant screen: "Welcome. Welcome to City 17. You have chosen, or been chosen, to relocate to one of our finest remaining urban centers. I thought so much of City 17 that I elected to establish my Administration here in the Citadel so thoughtfully provided by our benefactors. I have been proud to call City 17 my home. And so, whether you are here to stay, or passing through on your way to parts unknown, welcome to City 17. It's safer here." ... Half-Life 2 Has begun.

Enviroment

In any area of City 17 the buildings would be diliapidated and run-down, and litter would be everywhere. It can be any time of day in your map, but a Citadel in the skybox is '''imperitive!'''

NPC's

Metropolice and citizens are a must for larger streets and buildings, unless they are somehow cut off or abandoned. Remember to make everything fit your purpuses, yet still seem logical.

Trivia

A PayPhone with a cut cord can be found just to the right of the exit to the train.
