CCEporter is a software that allows you to export closedcaption_languge.txt files into JSON and back into VDF It Also Has support for compiling JSON files straight into .dat files that the source engine uses

Eliminating the need to use CaptionCompiler.exe

The main feature is its exporter which can allow you to quickly export closed caption files into a suitable format for crowdsourced translation websites and make moder's life easier with the help of the community to help translate mods faster and easier

CCExporter also has a built-in CLI and GUI
