Debug Menu

The Debug Menu is a present in source games. It can be shiwn by pressing Shift + F1.

Does not draw over video backgrounds like Portal 2's main menu.

Contains a few debugging options that run commands in the console.

The file can be modified scripts/debugoptions.txt
