VTFVer

VTFVer is a GUI VTF texture converter which converts VTF textures that are version 7.5 to version 7.4 and is written by Cra0kalo.

VTFVer is mainly used to convert a massive folder full of VTF textures to work for the older version of Source. Some people may use it to get materials into Source2009 based games like Team Fortress 2 or Garry's Mod

Bug:Program may freeze and lock up when dealing with massive amounts of files eg 200,000.  [todo tested in ?]
