VTFEdit

GUI for VTFLib, a LGPL open source programming library, written by Neil "Wunderboy" Jedrzejewski and Ryan "Nemesis" Gregg. VTFEdit itself was written soley by Gregg. It views and converts VTF files, creates and edits VMT files, and generates normal maps.
