Why not? The linked article says "it has become a standard saying that people should never try to carve with anything except rectangular blocks that are aligned to the grid (emphasis added)" Aren't these rectangular blocks that are aligned to the grid? Also, if we really shouldn't carve, can you provide a link to how to cut a hole without carving? The carve tool can always be used as long as you know what you're doing. It's not recommended for beginners, as it's very primitive. The clip tool is the safest to use. That way you know exactly where the cuts are in a brush and don't risk leaking. —Mattshu 22:18, 30 October 2011 (PDT)
