Forcing a Japanese-language (or any other language) article to have an English title seems to defeat part of the purpose of having non-English articles—if someone is not comfortable with English, he/she might not be able to recognize the English title. Forcing a Japanese-language (or any other language) article to have an English title seems to defeat part of the purpose of having non-English articles—if someone is not comfortable with English, he/she might not be able to recognize the English title.
