Forcing a Japanese-language (or any other language) article to have an English title seems to defeat part of the purpose of having non-English articles—if someone is not comfortable with English, he/she might not be able to recognize the English title. - I dunno. I thought it'd be nice to point out there is an alternative language for articles.
