A tool that is used to convert normal maps to du/dv maps. This tool can be located in your \sourcesdk\bin\ep1(or orangebox\)bin\
folder.
Additionally you can create a dudv map in The Gimp or Photoshop by opening your normal map, inverting the image then tuning the brightness up to the highest.
