Anyone know how to align the texture along the edge of the brush w/o using a rotation value? I've decompiled some Valve maps (e.g. lumberyard) and found the textures down a staircase to be properly aligned (the Face and World alignment checkboxes were unchecked). | Anyone know how to align the texture along the edge of the brush w/o using a rotation value? : I figured it out. If the brush is skewed (as in the case of a supports or railing on a staircase), select the face on the bottom or top of the brush and alt-right click on the sides to have the alignment of the sides match the slope of the brush. --[[User:Molaughlen|Molaughlen]] 09:28, 27 Sep 2008 (PDT) |

Does anyone know how i would go about putting two different textures on one face such as putting a certain type of brick near the bottom of the wall then a different type for the remainder? Or do i just have to split the object in parts? Fiercefighter 07:56, 24 Nov 2005 (PST)
