The Source Dedicated Server is an application for running a dedicated server for Source games. It is available through Steam for Windows (in the Tools category), and can also be downloaded for Linux.
It is often used with Mani Mod for remote administration.
Troubleshooting
If your game does not show up in the list of games to start a server for, go to your Steam\SteamApps\your@email\source dedicated server
folder, and copy your mod directory there.
You may need to restart the Dedicated Server, or Steam, for your mod to show in the list.
