ammo_357 is an internal point entity available in Half-Life Half-Life, Half-Life: Opposing Force Half-Life: Opposing Force, and Half-Life: Blue Shift Half-Life: Blue Shift. Ammo used for the weapon_357. Gives six .357 rounds when picked up.
