My personal policy is to take dedicated but not necessarily experienced people and make them into skilled mod team members. But, if I just took on anyone with HL2, the mod would come apart in minutes. So, a simple test weeds out wannabes.

Your test is to model a tank. The resolution doesn't have to be amazing, but it should withstand basic inspection during gameplay. Texturing it is optional.
