This user has been reported and should be considered for a ban for 
vandalizing pages.
Additional notes: This user vandalized several pages, and either spamming, removing all text and replacing it with a fake 404 error, or putting tons of code into the Template:Sdktools to the point that the template page itself won't load properly at all (likely an attempt to self- DDOS the page).
