weapon_promo_antenna_ball is an e0 available in 
Portal 2. It was a promotional cosmetic item once given out to coop players in the past.
It can still be used if the command give weapon_promo_antenna_ball is parsed in the console.
Note:If the plaer is already holding a weapon like the Portal Gun, the command use weapon_promo_antenna_ball has to be parsed in additionIt appears as a orange flag with the Aperture Science logo printed in white on it.
