Adds a button to a user page that links to User:Username/Shutdown with the preloaded text "Shutdown"
Parameters
|icon=filename- Replaces the default icon.

CC0 or in the public domain are safe. |shutoff=link destination- The specific page the button links to.
|name=name of bot- Replaces "the bot" with the name of bot parameter given.
|titlename=user type- Replaces "bot" in "Emergency bot shutoff button".
