Reasons for Deletion
I removed unnecessary because I think it is a redundant and potentially dangerous reason for deletion. It might fit in some cases, but there are definitely pages out there that might unnecessarily be deleted for being "unnecessary". I'd like to avoid seeing someone who put a lot of effort into an article only to get the notice Delete:unnecessary by someone new who reads this page and thinks that "unnecessary" is always a viable reason for deletion. The fact that "unnecessary" stands here might make it seem like this wiki should not include ANY pages that are "unnecessary" in any way, and (hopefully) that's not the case. I mean, it can't be hard to find templates or files eating some memory "unnecessarily".
I'm guessing that the reason "unused" is the one that should do it in most cases. One can write a custom reason in {{{1}}} anyway. --popcorn (talk) 02:13, 21 June 2023 (PDT)
