Consensus on the listed policies and guidelines

(using Template:Message)  Before these proposed policies and guidelines are ever formally accepted and inducted (if at all), I must oblige and create a straw poll first in order to gather the consensus of the community.

So, if you are either in favor, against, or are taking a neutral stance on the aforementioned topic, then simply vote and/or optionally state your opinion in one of the following sections listed below.
