Faceposer's default automated phoneme extraction library is broken on Windows Vista or later due to a MS Speech API upgrade. Download this third-party fix to sort things out (bonus: newer Speech API versions give better results).

To fix the phoneme extraction on Windows 10 ( and 7 ? ) : 

- Download SourceFilmmaker
- Copy the folder lispinc_data and phonemeextractors from "Steamapps/common/SourceFilmmaker/game/bin" into the bin folder "Steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer\bin"
- Start Faceposer and open the Phoneme Extractor window. 
- Right click somewhere and select "Change Speech API > Lispinc Speech API"
