Using a trigger_multiple, logic_relay, and npc_launcher together:

logic_relay OnTrigger !activator AddOutput targetname missile_target OnTrigger <npc_launcher> SetEnemy missile_target

OnTrigger <npc_launcher> TurnOn OnTrigger <npc_launcher> UpdateEnemyMemory
