The High Definition Model Pack for Half-Life was the model pack included with the Blue Shift installation of Half-Life (which allowed for various model packs, such as ones made by users). To install the High-Definition Model Package, click on the install link below while Steam is running:

steam://installaddon/halflifehd

Note that nothing will happen until you run one of the Half-Life games.
