:Good point. I think it probably depends on the implementation. I don't think there would be any problems with using real names, so long as you don't do anything that could be considered slander. The company name issue could be trickier, being a trademark. So long as noone could reasonably assume that the mod is a Google product, I think it would be ok. It may even fall under Fair Use (parody or criticism) if it's done right. I'm no lawyer, though, so don't go on my advice. --[[User:BarkerJr|BarkerJr]] 06:50, 30 Oct 2007 (PDT) | :Good point. I'm sorry to ask, but is that actually allowed? Using a company name, and even real people's name in your own games without permission? Or do you have permission? Just asking --Boebi 06:19, 30 Oct 2007 (PDT)
- Good point. I think it probably depends on the implementation. I don't think there would be any problems with using real names, so long as you don't do anything that could be considered slander. The company name issue could be trickier, being a trademark. So long as noone could reasonably assume that the mod is a Google product, I think it would be ok. - I am shooting for parody. If this seems sketchy, though, I can always change the name. --Maj. Ownage 11:11, 1 Nov 2007 (PDT)
