:Good point.  I think it probably depends on the implementation.  I don't think there would be any problems with using real names, so long as you don't do anything that could be considered slander.  The company name issue could be trickier, being a trademark.  So long as noone could reasonably assume that the mod is a Google product, I think it would be ok.  It may even fall under Fair Use (parody or criticism) if it's done right.  I'm no lawyer, though, so don't go on my advice. --[[User:BarkerJr|BarkerJr]] 06:50, 30 Oct 2007 (PDT)

Good point. I think it probably depends on the implementation. I don't think there would be any problems with using real names, so long as you don't do anything that could be considered slander.
