This category that lists all users who have been reported with the {{Report user}} template for various reasons, such as spamming, vandalizing, trolling and abusing the systems/page (Wikipedia icon DDOS, Wikipedia icon XSS injection, etc...), among others.

These users are placed under this category until an administrator bans them. When that user gets banned, the template on their user page should be changed to {{Banned user}} instead, so that the spammer is placed under the banned users category.

Note.pngNote:With the increasing amount of spammers (spam bots) or vandals, it isn't practical anymore to retag them as banned.
