The use of the Source SDK Base is not yet known.
This 'Steam Tool' appeared randomly, without notice, on Friday 28th July 2006. The use of the 'Steam Tool' is not yet known - however it contains a few intresting files within the GCF.
To use this program, you must have Half-Life 2 attached to your Steam acccount.
