XBLAH's Modding Tool can view, edit and create
WAD
files.
Accessing the feature
This can be accessed within the tool via Top Menu > Materials > WAD Editor
.
Working with WADs
When you open the editor, you start with an empty file, to which you can add images and later save it as a WAD. You can also open existing WAD
files, edit them and save. Beware of reopening and saving WAD
files multiple times, as they can loose quality.
