XBLAH's Modding Tool v1.18.2. Please be aware that subsequent updates might have introduced alterations in terminologies, introduced novel features, or reorganized certain elements within the interface.If you need to configure some stuff manually, there are some options.
Autoconfigure Map Editor
By default, the tool is set to autoconfigure the Map Editor for whichever mod you are working on. If you want to set up the Map Editor manually, you can uncheck the option under 
Top Menu > Options > Automation > Autoconfigure Map Editor.
